During extended power outages, members reporting outages may be directed to our Automated Outage System. To efficiently identify your location, please review your billing statement to verify that your service address (911 address) and telephone number are correct. Ensure that the telephone number listed is the primary number for the service location. If changes are needed, please contact our office at 706-253-5200 or email us with your account number and the name on the account. Please do not report outages by email.
