Locations Requiring Construction
To apply for service, you’ll need to provide a few important documents and details. These include a government-issued photo ID, a rental receipt or lease agreement, the address where you’ll receive service, your mailing address, and your Social Security number. If the property owner is not the applicant, both of you must sign a Right-of-Way easement and addendum.
All county requirements for the county you live in must be met before service can be turned on at your location. If you're unsure about these requirements, please contact your county’s permit office for clarification. Additionally, there may be construction fees, which Amicalola EMC’s Engineering Department will determine after assessing the property.
