Amicalola EMC Scholarships

Since 2010, Amicalola EMC has awarded over 1,700 scholarships totaling more than $1.5 million, funded through unclaimed capital credit funds in line with Georgia’s unclaimed property laws. These scholarships have positively impacted high school seniors throughout our ten-county service area. We take pride in our significant contributions to education and community enhancement, demonstrating that we do more than just provide electricity—we actively work to improve the quality of life for all our members.

We are no longer accepting applications for the 2024 Amicalola EMC scholarship program; the deadline to enter was January 31, 2023.
